Your cargo already cleared.Nobody can tell you why.
Shata Trade OS is a trade operations control tower for cargo owners. It ties a shipment's compliance status, its documents, its landed cost and its audit trail into one place — starting with Egypt import operations, expanding across MENA through versioned country packs.
The problem
The shipment cleared. Nobody knows why.
Cargo owners run trade operations across disconnected spreadsheets, email threads and phone calls to brokers. Compliance status lives in one inbox, the documents in another, the landed cost in a spreadsheet nobody else can open, and the reasoning behind a decision in someone's memory.
Nothing ties a shipment's compliance status, its documents, its landed cost and its audit trail into one place. Problems surface late, and when they do, nobody can reconstruct why a decision was made in the first place.

Capabilities
One control tower for the whole trade case.
Trade Cases
The case is the unit of work. Parties, products, documents, compliance checks and costs all attach to it — one record, one history.
Parties & Suppliers
A registry of every counterparty and their role — supplier, buyer, consignee, broker, carrier, forwarder, bank, insurer, warehouse, authority.
Products & HS Classification
Products carry their HS classification against the case, so valuation and filings start from a defensible position.
Document Management
Upload documents, track what a case still requires, and move each one through a review-and-approval workflow.
Compliance & Sanctions Screening
Counterparties are screened against imported, checksummed sanctions list content, with a real adjudication workflow for potential matches.
Regulatory Filings
Prepare, package, approve and track the submission of the filings a shipment actually needs.
Customs Valuation
Declared value set against a derived value, with adjustments, supporting evidence and divergence sensitivity.
Landed Cost & Cost Sheets
Every cost line, allocated across the shipment, with a clean hand-off to accounting intent.
Demurrage & Logistics
Container tracking, free-time clocks and milestones, so demurrage risk is visible before it becomes a bill.
Goods Receiving
Record what arrived, log discrepancies against what was ordered, and resolve them against the case.
Audit Trail
An append-only record of every decision on the case — who made it, when, and why.
Where AI fits in
AI proposes. A person always decides.
AI is optional in Trade OS. The product works fully in manual, human-operated mode — nothing requires it. Where AI assistance is enabled, it proposes: document extraction, cited answers about a case. It does not decide, and it does not act on its own.
Fully manual by default
Every workflow — cases, compliance, documents, filings, costs — works completely without AI turned on. Nothing requires it.
AI proposes, never decides
When enabled, AI can help extract data from documents and answer cited questions about a case. A person reviews and decides.
Off by default in the demo
The public demo runs with AI features off by default, so what you see first is the operational core, not a chat window.
Try it yourself. No call required.
The demo runs on a seeded synthetic dataset — invented parties, products and shipments. It is not customer data, and it is not connected to any real trade operation. Pick a role and see how the system behaves for that role.
- 1Open the demo and pick your role — Operations, Compliance, Finance or Viewer. No credentials to request.
- 2Open a trade case and review what's attached to it — parties, products, documents, compliance, costs.
- 3Check its compliance screening result and see how a potential match gets adjudicated.
- 4Upload or review a document against what the case requires.
- 5Open its cost sheet and see the landed-cost picture build up, line by line.
- 6Look at its audit trail — every decision, timestamped and attributed.
Where it stands
Trade OS is a pilot candidate, released as a controlled public demo. The demo runs on a seeded, entirely synthetic dataset — no real customer, shipment or financial data. Sanctions-screening content is real, current, checksum-verified official data (OFAC SDN and the UN Consolidated List). Egypt-specific regulatory content — duty schedules, valuation thresholds, filing rules — is explicitly a working, unreviewed placeholder pending a licensed customs broker's review. The product itself labels this content UNVALIDATED rather than asserting it as legal fact, and this page makes no claim of regulatory or customs authority. If you are evaluating it for a real operation, request a pilot and we will walk through the boundaries with you honestly.
