One tenant-isolated system for contractors: quantities, BOQ, variations, field attendance, procurement, cost control, client billing, subcontracts, project controls and a native GL over immutable cost postings. Office and Field are two shells of the same application, in Arabic and English.
Assisted industry pilot. Construction OS is hosted on Railway (Postgres, API, worker, Office and Field). Self-serve Console install is not yet the public path — request a pilot. Live Autodesk/Oracle sync stays optional and unconfigured unless those credentials exist.
Quantities & BOQ
Provenanced quantities, assemblies, formulas and immutable issued estimate revisions. Excel-style paste in the Office BOQ.
Change orders
Eight impact dimensions. Approval and instruction are first-class. An approved variation is never a single amount column.
Workforce & field
A Person can clock without a User. Attendance is append-only. The unpaired queue survives refresh; refused mutations stay visible with the server reason.
Procurement & materials
PO → GRN → stock ledger. GRNI is unmatched receipt; the matching invoice posts no extra cost. Site issues draw from on-hand, not from a second inventory system.
Cost, billing & GL
Cost Control is a forecast read model. Client applications are AR, not project cost. Journals round-trip postings without rewriting amounts.
Project controls
RFIs, inspections and snags attach to the same project as the BOQ. QA is not a side spreadsheet.
Office + Field
Two shells of one application. Office for estimating, commercial and cost. Field for attendance, photos, voice and snags — Arabic and English, RTL and LTR.
AI, optional
Estimator Copilot proposes only. Financial tools never post. The product is complete with provider none.

Signed file access for site photos. Counterparties are Parties, not Users. Network links invite a supplier or sub without mixing identity with the commercial record.
How it deploys
Hosted Construction deployments are live on Railway. The public path is still Request a Pilot / Assisted Setup until a real Console install, entitlement and launch have been proven end to end. This page does not claim self-serve signup.
